Hotel was relaxing and modern!
Our rooms were a nice size for a twin bedroom. Our hotel was in a nice location, walk from a train station. Stopped by El Horno to get some coffee and treats, it's a minute walk from the venue, recommend.

No complaints whatsoever, we greatly enjoyed this accommodation and totally recommend. Everything was fantastic, good location just off Chamartin train station and metro stop, well connected with trains running often from chamartin station, and city center, very nice experience. The breakfast was extensive and had a lot of options.

We stayed at this hotel because of it 's location to the Madrid Chamartin train station as we were leaving on an early train in the morning. The staff at reception were ok, not overly friendly though. The room was very comfortable and clean overlooking the hotels swimming pool which is a great asset.
No free wifi, I think the rate was €4 per hour.

Very good value for money - Very spacious rooms and we even had a kettle in our room - Very near metor chamartin - Upon going out of the metro station you will see the hotel
Hotel is a bit far away from centre (sol) although the metro is just outside the hotel and the metro service is available till 1.30 am- However the hotels at centre are more expensive for this type of hotel

Closeness to the train station Charmatin
The flight of stairs up to reception. If arriving by taxi asked to be dropped off at the apartments section of the hotel (2 stairs) which is connected to the hotel part by a short corridor.

Efficient staff, always ready to help. Convenient location near Chamartin station. Very large pool. Perfectly clean and maintained rooms. Underground parking.
Only peeve: the entrance to the hotel is difficult to find. No sign of it when you reach the address given on the reservation. To access it from the street your GPS led you to, you must enter the "apartmentes" reception area and cross the lobby. there is a tiny sign showing you the way on the left.

The pool was very good and relaxing; The room is very spacious and clean; Location of the hotel is near the train/metro station of Chamartin; Good price-quality ratio
The mini-bar in the room was not functioning properly; We booked a double room, and, expected to get a double bed, but when we checked-in, we were informed that there is only one double bed bedroom per floor (ridiculous!), and that was no availability. We were told that if we wanted a double bed we needed to get an upgraded bedroom and we needed to pay the difference (60€ more per night). The staff was overall contrite in helping and coming up with solutions, even after we pointed out that the fridge was not working properly.
